What we collect on this site

When you request beta access we store the name, email, group description, roster size, coverage type, and role you enter, plus the time of submission and the country your request came from. We use it to contact you about the beta and for nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, or add it to any other mailing list.

What the product stores

Once your group is onboarded, Schedulewright stores the names, email addresses, shift definitions, requested days off, availability, preferences, and generated schedules of the people in your group. It never stores anything about patients. Your group's administrator can export or delete the group's data at any time.

Where it lives

Data is stored and served on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. No advertising or analytics trackers are used on this site.
